2. What data we process
- Identification and contact details: name and surname, e-mail, phone number.
- Property details you enter: type, location, area, number of rooms, condition, year of construction, features and your notes.
- Technical data: IP address (for abuse protection) and the time of submission.
- Communication history if you reply to us (e-mail, SMS).
3. Purposes and legal bases
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Wording of the consent:
Súhlasím so spracovaním mojich osobných údajov (meno, kontakt a údaje o nehnuteľnosti) za účelom vypracovania a doručenia cenového odhadu.
Legal basis: your separate, voluntary consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Wording:
Súhlasím, aby ma realitná kancelária kontaktovala s ponukou sprostredkovania predaja alebo prenájmu. Súhlas je dobrovoľný a môžem ho kedykoľvek odvolať e-mailom alebo odpoveďou STOP.
Providing the estimate is NOT conditional on this consent — you will receive it even without it.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for protecting the service against automated abuse; legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) where required by law.
4. Retention period
- Data for the estimate: 3 years from submission, unless you withdraw consent earlier.
- Marketing consent: until withdrawn, no longer than 3 years from the last interaction.
- If a contract is concluded, for the period required by accounting and tax legislation (usually 10 years).
- Records of withdrawn consent (opt-out) are kept so that we do not contact you again.
5. Recipients and processors
Your data may be processed on our behalf by:
- hosting and database providers (Vercel, Neon, Railway, Cloudflare R2)
- AI providers used to produce the estimate (Anthropic, Google)
- e-mail and SMS delivery providers
Some providers may process data outside the EU; in that case transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data to third parties.
6. Your rights
- Right of access to your data and to a copy of it.
- Right to rectification of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure (right to be forgotten).
- Right to restriction of processing and right to data portability.
- Right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawfulness.
7. How to withdraw consent
Simply write to us at agent@realagent.eu, reply STOP to any SMS, or use the unsubscribe link in our e-mails. We will stop contacting you immediately.
8. Supervisory authority
If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic:

9. Automated decision-making
The price estimate is generated with the help of AI, but it is only an indicative market estimate — it has no legal effect on you and does not replace an expert appraisal. No decision with legal effects is made solely by automated means.
